Mission: Rescued a critical, failing international trade project. I designed and delivered the complete Electronic Certificate of Origin (eCO) system, achieving over 90% of specifications in just 8 months where a previous two-year effort yielded less than 16%. The system automates trade verification across seven member states.

Payrix (Acquired by FIS) | 2021 – 2022
